I spent some time on Custom Service Hardware looking for cabinet hardware and a few home-related items, and overall the selection was decent. The site was easy to browse, and I did find a couple things I liked without too much hassle.

My main issue was that some of the styles and sizes I wanted were either missing or out of stock, and it wasn’t always clear what I was supposed to do next, wait for a restock, pick something else, or contact someone. It’s not a bad site, but it felt a little limited and left me guessing more than I wanted. Probably fine if you’re flexible about what you need.

I had to return it and it was super easy. The whole thing went quick and I didnt have any issues.

My order was mostly right, but one item was literally not what I asked for. Not a huge deal, but it was still a little disappointing

I used cshardware.com when I was looking for some cabinet hardware and replacement parts. The product pages had the basics like sizes, finishes, and photos, and my order email/receipt came through without any issues, so that part was straightforward.
That said, a few of the descriptions felt a little thin. I found myself going back and forth between the listing, the photos, and my own measurements because some details weren’t as clear as I would’ve liked.
Overall, it’s a decent site. I’d probably use it again if I already knew exactly what I needed, but if I were just browsing or comparing options, I think the product info could be a bit more helpful.

The box showed up nice and neat, and everything inside was wrapped really well. Nothing was dinged up or damaged at all, which is always a relief, right?

I ordered a few cabinet parts right when my week got crazy, so the timing on my end wasn’t great. But the shipping cost was fair and didn’t feel inflated like on some other sites. The total stayed reasonable, the package arrived in good shape, and I’d order from cshardware.com again.

My refund took a bit longer than I was hoping, but I did got it eventually. Not a huge deal, just had to wait more than expected

I wasn’t happy with my order at all. Maybe I’m a bit impatient when it comes to customer service, but the support felt really slow and the whole thing just left a bad impression. Personally, I wouldn’t use them again

I ordered this hardware after looking through the photos online, and it showed up looking really close to what I expected. The packaging was fine and nothing came damaged. It worked well for my cabinet project too. Maybe not the absolute fanciest hardware out there, but for what I needed, I’m happy with it overall.

I ordered the wrong cabinet hinge size, which was completely on me, and I was already bracing for the whole annoying back-and-forth thing. But CS Hardware got back to me quickly, told me what to do, and once I mailed the incorrect ones back, they sent out the new ones. it was one of those small errands that I kept thinking would turn into a headache, but it never really did. Smooth overall.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest either. I’d say it’s okay if you’re not in a rush.

But the staff here actually knew their stuff and helped me pick the right hardware without making it more complicated than it needed to be. The order went smoothly too. Nice to deal with people who can give real answers instead of just guessing

It was fine while it lasted, but I expected it to be more durable. It started wearing out way sooner than it should have, so I’m disappointed. I’d really appreciate some kind of replacement, refund, or compensation for the trouble.

I ordered some cabinet hardware from cshardware.com and overall the quality was good. The handles felt sturdy, looked like the pictures, and didn’t have that cheap flimsy feel, which I appreciated. That said, one of the handles did have a small mark on it, and that kind of bugged me. It wasn’t a huge deal, but still, it was annoying to notice right away. I kept looking at it thinking, okay, it’s minor, but it’s still there. Aside from that little issue, I’m happy with the order and would probably buy from them again.
